Refund policy

The core temporary sharing service is available without payment. If a paid plan is offered, its checkout will show the current price, billing interval, and merchant before you pay.

For billing errors or a refund request, contactcontact@iill.dev with the transaction reference. Requests are reviewed promptly and handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and the payment provider’s terms. Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal but does not automatically refund a completed billing period.
