Terms
These terms govern HTML2WEB, a service operated by iill. By publishing content, creating an account, authorizing an MCP client, or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms and the acceptable use policy. If you use HTML2WEB for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it. Do not use the service if you cannot enter into a binding agreement where you live.
Accounts and sign-in
An account is optional for temporary sharing and required for paid entitlements and account management. Google and GitHub sign-in are used only to identify your account; HTML2WEB does not receive your provider password or permission to post on your behalf. Keep your session and private management links secure, and contact us if you believe an account or link has been accessed without permission. Linked sign-in methods can be reviewed from the account page. Different provider accounts are not merged automatically only because they use the same email address.
Your content
You keep your rights in content you submit and give iill only the limited permission needed to store, process, secure, display, and remove it as needed to operate HTML2WEB. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required to share it. HTML2WEB is a preview and review tool, not a backup service or a replacement for production hosting. Keep your own source copy and do not publish confidential information.
Link availability
Free links expire at the selected time. A paid “permanent” link remains available for the operating life of HTML2WEB, subject to fair-use limits, this agreement, abuse controls, maintenance, and events outside our reasonable control. “Lifetime” means the operating life of the service, not infinite hosting. Keep your own source copy; no online service can promise uninterrupted or perpetual infrastructure.
Paid products
The checkout states whether a purchase is for one or more five-credit permanent-link packs, a recurring Pro subscription, or lifetime Pro. Each pack grants five credits, checkout quantity multiplies that number, and unused credits remain on the purchaser’s account. Recurring plans renew until cancelled. Before payment, the checkout identifies the payment provider and merchant and shows the product, final amount, currency, billing interval, applicable tax, and available cancellation path. A payment provider may act as merchant of record and apply its buyer terms in addition to these terms. Current product limits and features are shown on the pricing page.
A paid entitlement activates only after HTML2WEB receives and verifies the payment provider’s confirmation. A checkout click, pending payment, or unverified return URL does not activate access. You can cancel a recurring plan through the account dashboard, the provider’s customer portal when available, or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not by itself refund a completed charge. Refunds are governed by the refund policy, applicable consumer law, and any buyer terms shown at checkout. We may reasonably adjust fair-use limits to protect service reliability, but a paid entitlement is not removed merely because an ordinary free-link cleanup runs.
Safety and enforcement
We may block or remove content and restrict use that threatens users, the service, or third parties, violates these terms, or creates legal or infrastructure risk. Send suspected abuse through the Report link shown on a preview or tocontact@iill.dev.
Account deletion and required records
You can request account deletion from the account page. Links and account data are removed or queued for deletion as described in the privacy policy. If an account has payment, refund, fraud-prevention, support, or accounting history, some records must be retained and deletion may require a support review.
Service changes and suspension
We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of HTML2WEB to maintain security, reliability, legal compliance, or product viability. When a change materially affects a paid entitlement, we will use reasonable efforts to provide a practical notice, export, grace-period, or refund path where appropriate and legally required.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, iill is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from temporary content, link expiry, third-party resources, or service interruption. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
